A RESOLUTION OF THE CIff COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPrING
REVISED GRANT DEED FROM ARCH &cDONALD AND STEVE DORSA, A PARTNERSHIP,
AND RESCINDING RESOLUrION 1584 .
ERFAS, Arch MacDonald and Steve Dorsa, a partnershfp,' have exe-
cuted A revised grant deed which grant deed ls in good and sufficient
form granting all right, title and interest in that certain real property
consisting of 10.98 acres, more or less, near Llnda Vista Drive, southerly
of the Deep Cliff Golf Course and more particularly described in Exhiblt
"A" and as shown on map marked Exhfbit "B", attached hereto and made part
hereof, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be to the best interest of the Cityof
Cupert'ino to accept revised grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That Resolution No. 1584 be and hereby is rescinded and annulled
as of March 21, 1968;
2. That the City Council of the City of Cupertino Thereby accepts
said grant deed so tendered;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED :
That the City Clerk be and hereby is authorfzed and directed to cause
delivery of a, certified copy of thls resolution into Escrow No. SJ-315544-A,
Tftle Insurance and Trust Company, 66 No. First Street, San Jose, California,
to be recorded with the aforesaid gtant deed.
