RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve application M-2008-05. $ACKGROUND: In October 2008, Apple Inc. received an approval from the City for an interior and minor exterior tenant improvement to the existing one-story "Mariam 3" industrial building located at 20400 Mariam Avenue. The tenant improvement work is underway; however Apple is requesting approval for a shared parking agreement with the adjacent property to the west. The adjacent lot consists of an existing four-story "De Anza 3" office building also occupied by Apple.
