RE: Removal Request of a 73-inch Diameter Coast Live Oak at 10240 Phar Lap Drive
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Rubin:
The Community Development Director has reviewed your above captioned request,
including the arborist reports submitted by Dr. Burkhardt of Davey Tree and Barrie
Coate, City Arborist.
He deems the oak a hazard and with this letter authorizes your removal of it. There will
be no public hearing in January.
A partial refund of the arborist review deposit will be mailed to you once the City
Arborist's invoice is settled.
