Please note the following grant requirements: Grant Agreement: In order to claim this grant, we must receive from you a signed copy of the enclosed Grant Agreement. The Grant Agreement states the terms and conditions of your grant, and must be signed by the principal manager of your organization or another officer authorized to sign contracts on behalf of your organization. We are enclosing two copies of the agreement. Retain one copy for your records and return the other to Arts Council Silicon Valley. Your award check will not be disbursf;d until we receive the signed Grant Agreement, which is due by August 1, 2009. Report on Past Grant: If you were a recipient of an CAF grant last year and submitted an interim report with your application this year, you must submit a final report on the use of the fast grant before you can receive your current award.
