Work to be done according to sketch, and all ADA requirements. 2. Demo entrance wall and door. Reverse door to Gymnasium room. 3. Middle door to be new entrance door. Remove door & frame. Install 36" steel door and frame. 4. Relocate light switch. 5. Remove last toilet and all partitions, install new urinal in place of toilet, at child height.(15 ") 6. Install a second new urinal, ADA height. 7. New urinals shall be, American Standard "Allbrook" # 6541.132 8. Remove 2, existing urinals, flushing; system and partitions. 9. Install low -flow toilet, grab railings, toilet paper holder, and seat cover holder. 10. Replace 2 existing toilets with new low -flow toilets. 11. Install new Sloan "Optima Flush Valves" on all urinals and toilets. 12. Install new partitions, to all toilets and urinals. Re- install toilet paper holders.
