NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I, Ralph A. Qualls, Jr., Director of Public Works
and City Engineer of the City of Cupertino, California, do hereby certify that the work and
improvements in hereinafter described in the contract which was entered into, by, and between
the City of Cupertino and Tennyson Electric Inc. on September 20, 2006, in accordance with the
plans and specifications for said work, have been completed to my satisfaction and acceptance of
completion was ordered on April 19, 2007.
That said work and improvements consisted ~~f furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and
equipment required to complete said project, all as more particularly described in the plans and
specifications for said project.
