Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Section 43 as shown on that certain Map
entitled, "MAP OF SUBDIVISION "A" MOr~'A VISTA", filed for record in Book P of
Maps at page 20, Santa Clara County Records:, thence along the northerly line of said
Section 13 East 105.15 feet to the northeasterly corner of said Section 43; thence along
the easterly line of said Section 43 South 90.8:? feet to the southeasterly corner of said
