All that certain real property situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follow:
Portion of Lot 87, as shown upon that certain Map entitled, " MAP OF INSPIRATION
HEIGHTS, MONTE VISTA, SHOWING SECTIONS 1 TO 222 INCLUSIVE" filed for record in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on April 11th , 1917
in Book "P" of Maps, at Page 13, and more particularly described as follow:
Beginning at the point the most west side of the property corner, thence running along the
