purposes, together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all public

safety, welfaze or convenience, the hereinafter described properly which is situated in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of Cali?°ornia, and as described as follows:

Monte Vista", which Map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, on April 1 1 , 1917 in Book P of Maps at
Page 17, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line ~of South Foothill Boulevard, said point of
beginning being the northwesterly corner of said Lot 18; thence along the
easterly line of South Foothill Boulevard, South O°07'00" West, 100.12 feet to the
southwesterly corner of said Lot 18; thennce along the southerly property line of
said Lot 18, South 89°53'00" East, 10.OCi feet; thence North O°07'00" East,

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUl~TCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMF,NT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES,
FELICIA CHOW, 10460 SOUTH FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, APN 357-04-010
WHEREAS, Felicia Chow, has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes,
which is in good and sufficient form, granting the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, easement over certain property for roadway purposes easement over certain
property for roadway purposes situate at 10460 South Foothill Boulevard, APN 357-04-010
more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 20th day of October, 2009, by the following vote:
