Review of the Five Year Capital Improvements Program (FY 201 -11 to 2014 -15) for conformity
to the City of Cupertino's General Plan

o Review limited to first year funded projects:
o Two projects have already had a separate environmental review - Stevens Creek
Corridor Park, Phase II and educational facilities (classrooms, blacksmith shop) at
Blackberry Farm
o Three projects will have separate environmental reviews - Scenic Circle access,
Stevens Creek Corridor tree evaluation and removal and the temporary dog park
at Mary Ave
o Repairs /renovations and minor maintenance of existing facilities projects -
(irrigation upgrades, repainting, resurfacing of trails and parking lots etc.), would
be CEQA exempt
o Minor City infrastructure projects - (demo Sports Center pool, rebuilding the
sanitary connection at McClellan Ranch, moving the AM radio station, etc.),
would be CEQA exempt
o Overall projects in total will not pose any significant environmental impacts
