This e-mail is to let you know that we are closing the file fo � TR-2010-19—the removal of a Monterey Pine on JC Penny's
property at 10150 North Wolfe Road in Cupertino. There h;�s been no activity since I sent you the incomplete letter in
early July and we cannot move forward with the applicatio � processing. We will refund 80�0 of the $160 fee you
provided. You would need to re-apply for the tree removal permit and provide the items listed in the attached letter in
order for us to consider the removal of the tree.
