SUBJECT: RETROACTIVE TREE REMOV AL PERMIT ACTION LETTER — Application
TR-2010-42:
This letter confirms the decision of the Di rector of Community Development, given on
October 15, 2010, approving a retroactive tree removal permit to remove (1) 11"
diameter dead Leland Cypress at 10067 Bianchi Way; and (1) 10.5" diameter dead
Leland Cypress at 10069 Bianchi Way with the following conditions:
APPROVED PROTECT
The approval is based on the arbori st report prepared by J.T.S. Tree Service with
an unknown date and visual ir spection, except as may be amended by
conditions in this resolution.
TREE REPLACEMENTS
The applicant shall be required to ��lant two (2) 24-inch box Italian Cypress trees
at the same locations on the prop��rty in accordance with the City's Protected
Tree Ordinance. The replacement t=�ees shall be planted within 30 days from the
date of this letter.
*The tree replacements were plante�i on October 16, 2010.
NOTICE OF FEES, DEDICATIONS, RF SERVATIONS OR OTHER EXACTIONS
The Conditions of Project Approv �1 set forth herein may include certain fees,
dedication requirements, reserv�_tion requirements, and other exactions.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(d) (1), these Conditions constitute
written notice of a statement of the amount of such fees, and a description of the
dedications, reservations, and other exactions. You are hereby further notified
that the 90-day approval period in �vhich you may protest these fees, dedications,
reservations, and other exaction:;, pursuant to Government Code Section
66020(a), has begun. If you fail to file a protest within this 90-day period
complying with all of the requirements of Section 66020, you will be legally
barred from later challenging such E�xactions.
Staff has made the findings necessary to grant the tree removal permit in accordance
with Section 14.18.180 of the Protected Tre �s Ordinance.
