10-121 Second Amendment to Lease Agreement, Imtiaz Shaikh and Huma Shaikh, 22241 McClellan Rd SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO AND IMTIAZ SHAIKH AND HUMA SHAIKH
This Second Amendment to the Lease between the City of Cupertino and Imtiaz and
Huma Shaikh, is by and between the CITY OF CUPERTINO, a municipal corporation
(hereinafter "City ") and Imtiaz and Huma Shaikh individuals (hereinafter "Tenant ") whose
address is 22241 McClellan Road, (hereinafter "Property "), and is made with reference to the
following:
RECITALS:
A. On July 1st, 2009, a lease agreement was entered into by and between City and
Imtiaz and Huma Shaikh (hereinafter "Agreement ").
B. City and Tenant desire to modify i :he Agreement on the terms and conditions set
forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by and between and undersigned parties as
follows:
1. Paragraph 2 of the Agreement is modified to read as follows: The term of the
lease is extended to June 30, 2011.
2. Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and covenants set forth in the
Agreement shall remain the same and shall be in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this modification of
Agreement to be executed.
