BY THIS AGREEM T, made and entered into this First day of August, 2006.. by and between the CITY OF
CUPERTINO (Hereinafter referred to as CITY) and C~lifornia SYGtems Integrators, 6466 Almaden Expressway
Suite 101, San Jose, CA 95120, Phone: (408) 365..1800 (Hereinafter referred as CONTRACTOR), In consideration of
their mutual covenants, the parties hereto agree as follows;
CONTRACTOR shall provide Or furni::;h the following specified services and/or materi.als:
Install three (3) CCTV cameras, digital video recorder, and associated hardware;including labor, as described
in Attachment A, USystem Details and Scope of Work".

TERMS: The services and/or materials furnished under this Agreement shall commence on August 1, 2006
and shall be completed before December 1, 2006.
COMPENSATION: For the full performance of this Agreement, CITY shall pay CONTRACTOR: ~ ENTERED

Non-Discrimination. No discrimination shall be made in the employment of persons under this Agreement because of the race, color, national
origin, ancestry, religion or sex of such person.
Interest Of Contractor. It is understood and agreed that this Agreement is not a eontract of employment in the sense that the relationship of master
and servant exists between City and undersigned, ,At all times, Contractor shall be deemed'to be an independent contractor and Contractor is not
authorized to bind the City to any contracts or other obligations in executing this agreement. Contractor certifies that no one who has or will have

Changes. This Agreement shall not be assigned or transferred without the written consent of the C~y. No Changes or variations of any kind are
authorized without the written consent of the City.

System Details and Scope of Work
CS1 1nc, will install: (2) Arm Electronics vandal resistant color
cameras; mounted on the buildings and covering the yard and
front gate areas. CS1 1nc, will also install a Toshiba 1K6400A
high res color camera mounted on a pole aimed at the two
buildings, using an existing housing and lens. All the cameras
will be run into a 9 channel Dedicated Micros Eco9160GCD
CS1 1nc, will use a lift provided by the City of Cupertino.
