Conditions for M-2011-06 are as follows: SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT , 1. APPROVED EXHIBITS The approval is based on an Exhibit titled "Tentative Map/Lands of Dr. X. Sun/21989 Lindy Lane, Cupertino," by Westfall Engineers, Inc., dated October 2005, and consisting of one sheet labeled 1 of 1, except as may be amended by the conditions contained in this resolution. 2. MODIFICATION OF TM-2005-OS DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS The following conditions of approval are hereby deleted in their entirety from the City Council Action Letter dated December 8, 2005 for file no. TM-2005-05: Condition No. 2 titled: "DEED RESTRICTION ON LOT #1 BUILDING FLOOR AREA"; Condition No. 8 titled: "DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS"; And additional City Council condition: "The property owner agrees to a home no larger than 3000 square feet." 3. NOTICE OF FEES DEDICATIONS, RESERVATIONS OR OTHER EXACTIONS The Conditions of Project Approval set forth herein may include certain fees, dedication requirements, reservation requirements, and other exactions. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(d) (1), these Conditions constitute written notice of a statement of the amount of such fees, and a description of the dedications, reservations, and other exactions. You are hereby further notified that the 90-day approval period in which you may protest these fees, dedications, reservations, and other exactions, pursuant to Govemment Code Section 66020(a), has begun. If you fail to file a protest within this 90-day period complying with all of the requirements of Section 66020, you will be legally barred from later challenging such exactions.
