TANTAU AVENUE. SECTION I: PROTECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: Applicant: Location: TR-2003-10 Jeff Baleix, AlA (AAI Design Solutions) 10590 - 10600 N. Tantau Avenue SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application to remove and replace four mature trees, as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support removal of the trees in that the trees are either irreversibly diseased, in danger of falling or can cause potential damage to existing or proposed essential structures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, application for Tree Removal is hereby approved as modified; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application TR-2003-10, as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of November 10, 2003 are incorporated by reference herein. APPROVED EXHIBITS The recommendation of approval is based on the Sheets A-100.1-2, L-5-6, except as may be amended by the Conditions contained in this resolution. 2. TREE REPLACEMENT In addition to the tree replacements shown in the approved exhibits, trees shall be planted to fill in the gaps along the east property line adjacent to the residences and in the parking lot planters, types and sizes to be approved by the Director of Community Development and installed within 60 days of approval of this application.
