THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is dated this 5111 day of -J(Jnv (l ri ?LX> 7, ZOO6, in the City of Cupertino, State of California, by and between Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., hereinafter referred to as ("Consultant") and CITY OF CUPERTINO, hereinafter referred to as ("City").
