The Study Committee members, staff and consultant introduced themselves.
Background:
Debbie Stauffer, chair of the Study Committee, provided background on the
North Valleo process to date, and reviewed the format, purpose and expected
outcome of the meeting.
Principles:
The principles provided on the agenda were discussed by the attendees. The
principles and a bubble diagram will be presented as a draft report to the Study
Committee at the next meeting.
Next Meeting:
The next meeting date will be set after coordinating dates with the consultant
and the Study Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM.
