O'Orady Paving Inc. is pleased to quote the lump sum price of$ 10,000.00 to do the
following work at the above referenced intersection:
1. Remove approximately 2000 SF of failed area and, replace with 4" of new
asphalt placed in two lifts.
2. Work will include traffic control.
