Cal-West proposes to do the following:
1. Coordinate with City Representative about job Date and Time Schedule
2. Instan new ten foot (10') Type-1-B pole complete with 1-B flange
3. 'nstall new Type TV-1-T with one (1) 12" Signal head and three (3) LEO's (Gelcore)
4. New Signal head to be aimed for Phase 06 westbound flow of traffic
5. Test all equipment for proper operations
6. Set up proper lane closures as necessary
7. Install advanced warning signs as needed
8. Clean up any associated debris in area
9. Contact and communicate with City of job completion before departure of City
Total for this job: $ 2,533.85

We are requesting a cost estimate to perform the following, yet not limited to.
Description of Work:
1. Inspect foundation, may only need a new flange.
2. Furnish and install one (1) l-B pole on northeast comer.
3. Furnish and install one 12" R,Y,G (balls) LED (phase 6 WB) traffic signal
head.
4. Furnish and install one TV-l-T.
The City will perform the inspection at no cost to the Contractor. However, we do require
a twenty-four (24) hour notice before move in and for inspection. And lastly, this
community follows California Storm Water Best Management Practice.
