RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ESTABLISHING THE
DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF OVERSIGHT BOARD MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the Oversight Board of the Successor to the Redevelopment Agency for the
City of Cupertino ("Oversight Board")has met and conferred to determine a date, time, and
location for Oversight Board meetings.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Oversight Board meetings shall be on
the second Friday at 11:00 a.m. of each month starting in May 2012 and the meetings shall be open
to the public. Meetings may be adjourned by the presiding officer if a quorum is not present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the location of the Oversight Board meetings shall be at
the Cupertino City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, CA 95014.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that special meetings may be called by the Chairperson
or by four(4)board members, and notice thereof shall be provided in accordance with the Brown
Act.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Oversight Board of the Successor
to the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Cupertino on this 27th day of March, 2012 by the
following vote:
