2012 in Book 857 of Maps at Pages 48 -50 inclusive, Official Records of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California, is hereby corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act as follows:
The subtitle of "TRACT MAP NO. 10044 ", as filed, is stated as "BEING A ONE LOT SUBDIVISION
FOR THE PURPOSE OF 204 RESIDENTIAL AND 1 COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM ".
Said subtitle is hereby amended as follows: "BEING A ONE LOT SUBDIVISION FOR THE PURPOSE
