Tentative Map application to subdivide a 0.46 acre parcel into two parcels of 9,671 square feet and
9,700 square feet;
Variance to allow a reduced lot width of approximately 50 feet where 60 feet is required

There are no impacts

• There are 11 trees located on site, mostly fruit trees. There are no protected trees on the
site
