COUNTY, for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY ONE THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS, $51,000.00. grants to CITY, its successors and assigns. a right of way and easement to install. inspect. maintain, repair and replace a twenty-four (24) inch storm sewer pipeline and appurtenances thereto. to be used for transporting storm water through said pipeline to Permanente Creek. Such right of way and easement shall be ten (10) feet in width on and through that certain land belonging to COUNTY. located in the County of Santa Clara, State of California as described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A", Coextensive with this right is the further right in CITY, its successors and assigns. of reasonable ingress and egress over and on land belonging to COUNTY to effect the purposes of the easement.
