County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as Lots 16 and 17 of map
entitled "Map of the Price Subdivision", recorded in Book N of Maps at page 74,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the monument marking the intersection of the centerline. of Price
Avenue and the centerline of Blaney Avenue;
