Book P of Maps at Page 18, Santa Clara County Records, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Cupertino
Road (formerly Stevens Creek Road), 40 feet in width, distant
thereon Easterly 5.00 feet from the intersection of said
Southerly line with the Westerly line of said Section 14-A;
