That certain real property situate in the city of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Dedication
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 1 as shown on the
Record of Survey filed August 4, 1961, in Book 136 of Maps at
page 8, Santa Clara County Records, said point being on the north
line of Olive Street (50 feet wide), thence along the north line
of Olive street N89056'30"W 5.02 feet to the True Point of
Beginning for the herein described parcel; thence continuing
along the north line of Olive Street N89056'30"W 29.98 feet to
the east line of Orange Avenue, (30 feet wide); thence along the
east line of Orange Avenue north 97.70 feet to the south line of
Sanchez as shown on said map; thence along the south line of
Sanchez S89056'30"E 10.00 feet; thence leaving said line, south
77.72 feet,; thence through a curve to the left of a radius of
20.00 feet and a central angle of 89056'30", an arc distance of
31.40 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
FROM E. ETTEF AGH AND ABDY MIRZADEGAN, ORANGE AND
OLIVE AVENUE; APN 357-18-030
WHEREAS, E. Ettefagh and Abdy Mirzadegan have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached. hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, at Orange and Olive Avenues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
