A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO, 9915 AND ACCEPTING GRANT OF
EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM SHUI LAIN LO,
10101 ORANGE AVENUE, APN 357-16-096
WHEREAS, Shui Lain Lo, has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway
Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway
purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit A and
Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, 10cated at 10101 Orange Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino hereby
rescinds Resolution No, 9915 and accepts said grant of easement so tendered; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this Resolution.

Vista", filed on April 11, 1917 in Book P of Maps at Page 20, Santa Clara County
Records, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Section in the centerline of Orange
Avenue;
Thence along the said centerline of Orange Avenue, North, 54,07 feet; Thence
leaving said centerline with a radial bearing East, along a curve to the left with a
central angle of 1150 50' 31", at 30 feet Radius;
Thence along a reverse curve to the right with a central angle of 250 50' 31" at
