Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, as shown on that certain Record
of Survey Map recorded on April 8, 1959 in Book 104 of Maps at Page 50 in the
Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, California;
thence North 04 Degrees 40 Minutes 00 Seconds West a distance of 15.52 feet
to the beginning of a 25.00 foot non-tangent curve, concave to the south, a
radial to said beginning bears North 02 Degrees 51 Minutes 03 Seconds West;
thence easterly, along said curve, through a central angle of 30 Degrees 05
Minutes 47 Seconds an arc distance of 13.13 feet, to the beginning of a 25.00
foot reverse curve, concave to the north, a radial to said beginning bears

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
WEI-LUH CHU AND TSAI-LAN CHU, 22371 CUPERTINO ROAD;
APN 326-15-010
WHEREAS, Wei-Luh Chu and Tsai-Lan Chu have executed a Grant of Easement
for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property
for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 22371 Cupertino Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of February, 1998, by the following vote:
