All that certain real property situated in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of
the Westerly 72.00 feet, front and rear measurements, of Lot
(Section) 48 of "MAP OF SUBDIVISION 'AI MONTA VISTA", which Map
was recorded on April 11, 1917 in Book (Volume) "P" of Maps at
page 20, in the Office of the Recorder of said County, being a
strip of land 10 feet in width by 72.00 feet in length, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southerly corner common to said Lot (Section) 48
and Lot (Section) 49 of said Map;
Thence along the line common to said Lots (Sections) North 90.82
feet to the True Point of Beginning of the herein described strip
of land, said point being on the Southerly line of Granada Avenue
40 feet wide;
Thence from said True Point of Beginning along said Southerly
line of said Granada Avenue N89049'E 72.00 feet;
Thence leaving said line and along the easterly line of said
Westerly 72.00 feet of said Lot (Section) 48, South 10.00 feet;
Thence along a line which is parallel with the centerline of

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
JEFF YANG AND MEI PING WANG, 21896 GRANADA AVENUE,
APN 357-16-023
WHEREAS, Jeff Yang and Mei Ping Wang, have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway
Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City
of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a
part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, located at 21896 Granada Avenue, APN 357-16-023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said grant and
this resolution,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino
this 19th day of October, 1998, by the following vote:
