EASEMENT
Real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California
described as follows:
A strip of land 1 foot in width, being a portion of that certain real property shown on that
certain Parcel Map filed for record October 1, 1976 in Book 380 of Maps at page 49, Santa
Clara County Records;
Beginning at the northerly terminus of a course in the westerly line of Tantau Avenue as
shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record November 22, 1968 in Book 244 of Maps
at page 51, Santa Clara County Records, said course having a bearing of North 00013'53"
East, and a length of 1190.78 feet;
Thence, along said line, South 00013'53" West, 499.30 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;
Thence, continuing along said line, South 00013'53" West, 74.60 feet;
Thence North 89046'07" West, 1.00 foot to a line that is parallel with and 1.00 foot
westerly of the westerly line of said Tantau Avenue;
Thence, along said line, North 00013'35" East, 74.60 feet;

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
HEWLETT -PACKARD COMPANY, A DELAWARE CORPORATION,
11000 NORTH WOLFE ROAD, APN 316-07-043
WHEREAS, Hewlett-Packard Company, a Delaware Corporation has executed a
Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 11000 North Wolfe Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of May, 1999, by the following vote:
