EASEMENT
Real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California
described as follows:
A strip of land 1 foot in width, being a portion of that certain real property shown on that
certain Parcel Map filed for record October 1, 1976 in Book 380 of Maps at page 49, Santa
Clara County Records;
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Tantau Avenue at a southeasterly corner of
Parcel "B", as said Avenue and Parcel are so designated on that certain Parcel Map filed for
record November 22, 1968 in Book 244 of Maps at page 51, Santa Clara County Records;
Thence along said westerly line, the following two courses:
1) North 00026'29" East, 16.07 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the right
from which point the radius point bears South 89032'59" East;
2) Northerly along said curve, having a radius of 637.50 feet, through a central angle of
04003'01", for an arc length of 45.06 feet;
Thence North 85029'29" West, 1.00 foot to the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the
left from which point the radius point bears South 85029'29" East;
Thence, southerly along said curve, having a radius of 638.50 feet, through a central angle
of 04003'01", for an arc length of 45.14 feet;
Thence South 00026'29" West, 16.09 feet to the southerly line of said Parcel "B";
Thence, along said line, North 89024'39" East, 1.00 foot to the Point of Beginning.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
HEWLETT-PACKARD COMPANY, A DELAWARE CORPORATION,
11000 NORTH WOLFE ROAD, APN 316-07-043
WHEREAS, Hewlett-Packard Company, a Delaware Corporation has executed a
Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 11000 North Wolfe Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of May, 1999, by the following vote:
