Hewlett-Packard Company, a Delaware Corporation, grant(s) to the CITY OF
CUPERTINO for public roadway purposes, together with the right to construct, repair,
operate, and maintain any and all public utilities and improvements which shall be or
become necessary for preservation of the public safety, welfare or convenience, the
hereinafter described property which is situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa

EASEMENT
Real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California
described as follows:
Beginning at the westerly terminus of a course in the northerly line of Pruneridge Avenue as
shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record November 22, 1968 in Book 244 of Maps
at page 51, Santa Clara County Records, said course having a bearing of North 89024'42"
East, and a length of 114.20 feet;
Thence, along said northerly line, along a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of
646.00 feet, through a central angle of 11018'10", for an arc length of 127.44 feet to the
True Point of Beginning;
Thence, continuing along said curve, having a radius of 646.00 feet, through a central
angle of 05009'04", for an arc length of 58.08 feet;
Thence, leaving said line, North 17002'03" West, 2.93 feet;
Thence North 74000'13" East, 23.51 feet;
Thence North 76043'43" East, 34.78 feet;

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
HEWLETT-PACKARD COMPANY, A DELAWARE CORPORATION,
19055 PRUNERIDGE AVENUE, APN 316-07-034
WHEREAS, Hewlett-Packard Company, a Delaware Corporation has executed a
Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting
to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over
certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part
hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 19055 Pruneridge Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 1 ih day of May, 1999, by the following vote:
