All that certain real property situate in the COlUlty of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of that certain 30 feet strip of land described in the
Deed from SO.!,lthem Pacific Company to County of Santa Clara, dated April 5, 1937 and
recorded December 7, 1937 in book 853 Official Records, page 248 Santa Clara County
Records, distant thereon North 89 deg. 57 ' East 20.00 feet from Westerly line of that certain
parcel of land described in the Deed from Bank of American to Peter Bianchi, dated April lO,
and record April 28, 1941 in Book 1038 Official Records, Page 156, Santa Clara County Record,
said point of beginning also being in the center line of 40 feet right of way, hereinafter described;
running thence South along the center line of said 40 foot right of way and parallel with the
Easterly line of Stelling Road 297.26 feet to the true point of beginning of the description;
Thence leaving said true point of beginning and running South 00 deg. 03 ' 4 I " East and parallel
with the said Easterly line of Stelling Road, also the Easterly boundary line, 9.29 feet;

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
DIANA WONG, TRUSTEE OF C.I.W. TRUST, 10067 BIANCHI WAY,
APN 359-07-009
WHEREAS, Diana Wong, Trustee of c.I.W. Trust has executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10067 Bianchi Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 15th day of November, 1999, by the following vote:
