upon that certain map entitled Map of Subdivision "A" Monta Vista, which Map was
filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, on April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps at Page 20, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Orange Avenue, distant thereon S.ooI2'55"W.,
70.00 feet from the intersection thereof with the centerline of San Fernando Aveune, as
said Avenues are shown upon said map;
Thence along the west line of Orange Aveune S.ooI2'55"W., 55.66 feet;
Thence N.89059'45"W., parallel with the centerline of Alcazar Avenue as shown upon
said map, 5.00 feet to a point in a line parallel with, and distant 5.00 feet (measured at

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
TRINH H. NGUYEN AND RUBY T. NGUYEN, 10325 ORANGE AVENUE,
APN 357-15-060
WHEREAS, Thinh H. Nguyen and Ruby T. Nguyen have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10325 Orange Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 7th day of February, 2000, by the following vote:
