ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES FROM
JAMES C. AND JENAY A. HOFFMAN CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0. 12
ACRES, LOCATED ON TULA LANE
WHEREAS, . James C. and Jenay A. Hoffman, have executed a Grant of
Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, an easement for
storm drain purposes over the property situate in the City of Cupertino,
more particularly described in Exhibit A ll and Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and made a part hereof:
