CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.004 ACRE
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF STEVENS CREAK BOULEVARD
AND PASADENA AVENUE
WHEREAS, Steven A. Lefton and Karen M. Lefton as to 11.236%, and
Berland One, as to 88.764%, have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway
Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, an easement for
roadway purposes over certain property for roadway purposes, situate in
the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
Particularly described in Edlibit "A" and R&ibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
apprnxiinately 0.0004 acre located at the southwest corner of Stevens
Creek Boulevard and Pasadena Avenue.
