Roadway Dedication
All that certain real property for roadway purposes situated in the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows:
A strip of land ten foot (10`) in width measured at right angles,
the easterly line of which is the easterly line of that certain
Record of Survey, and also being the westerly line of Crescent
Roadfof Book 45 of Maps, at page 22, Santa Clara County Records;
also said strip of land being a portion of Block "A" as shown on
that certain Map entitled "Map of Russellhurst Monte Vista", which
Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California, on April 11, 1917, in Book "P"
of Maps at page 22, extending from the Northeasterly corner of said
lot as shown on said Record of Survey, to the Southeasterly corner
of said lot a distance of 185.20 feet, more or less.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
ARTHUR R. BAUMGARDNER AND DOROTHY D. BAUMGARDNER CON-
SISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.0419 ACRE, LOCATED ON CRESCENT
ROAD
WHEREAS, Arthur R. Baumgardner. and Dorothy D. Baumgardner have executed
a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form
granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City
of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.0419 acre on Crescent Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
