A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY; LOCATED AT THE SOUTH-
WEST CORNER OF BANDLEY DRIVE AND MARIANI AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway
Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for Roadway
purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 2nd day of April , 1978, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel
of land described in the Deed recorded in Book 3985 of Official Records at
Page 197, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly described as follows :
u Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of Parcel 9, as said parcel is
shown on the Record of Survey recorded in Book 316 of Maps at Pages 46 and 47,
Santa Clara County Records;
Thence along the southerly line S.89°52'24"til. , 30 feet to- a point on a line
that is parallel with and 30 feet westerly (measured at right angles) from
the easterly line of said parcel;
Thence leaving southerly line along an arc of a curve to the left from a
tangent which bears N.0002106"W. , having a radius of 1570 feet through a
central angle of 3012 '12" for an arc distance of 87 .78 feet to a point of
reverse curvature;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the right from a tangent which bears

distant 35 feet westerly (measured at right angles) from the easterly line
