over that certain parcel of land in the City of Cupertino, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly common corner of Lots 1 and 18 of
Tract No. 6633, as shown on the Map of said Tract, filed in Book
451 of Maps, at pages 34 and 35, Santa Clara County Records, said
corner lying on the Northerly boundary of Voss Avenue; thence
leaving said Northerly boundary Northerly along said common lot
line North 28° 52' 18" East 24 .45 feet to the intersection of said
lot line with the Southerly line of a 15 foot waterline easement,

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED FOR WATERLINE PURPOSES FROM
CUPERTINO KNOLLS, A JOINT VENTURE BY ALCALDE VISTA, A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION AND AKERUE, INC. A CALIFORNIA .
CORPORATION; WITHIN TRACT NO. 6633, CUPERTINO KNOLLS
WHEREAS, Cupertino Knolls, a Joint Venture composed of Alcalde Vista,
a California Corporation and Akerue, Inc. , a California Corporation, Grantor,
have executed an Easement Deed which is in good and sufficient form, conveying
to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for waterline purposes over
the property situate in the City. of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approx-
imately .05 acre, located within Tract No. 6633, Cupertino Knolls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Easement Deed so tendered; and
IT IS FORTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
to record said Easement Deed and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino this 5th day of January 1981 by the following vote:
