A R ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY 7 ZO
MY CLERK PARVIZ NAMVAR CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.15 ACRES,
LOCATED ALONG MIRAMONTE ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant .of Easement for
Roadway Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for
Roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Cit} Council of the City
of Cupertino this 1st day of February 1982 by the following vote:

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the southwesterly line .of
Miramonte Road, 40 feet in width, with the, southeasterly line of Lot
52-A, as said Miramonte .Road and Lot 52-A, are shown upon the "Map of
9th Addition Monta Vista", a Map of which is recorded in Book "P" of
Maps, page 16, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the said
Southwesterly line of Miramonte Road M 390 12' 11 " 1-1, 345.96 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve; thence on a curve to the left, having
a radius .of 15 feet, through a central angle of 87° 10' 31 ", for an
