All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width being a portion of Lot 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as said lots are shown upon that certain map
entitled, "Map of the Cali Subdivision" which map was filed for
record in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County on
March 6, 1928 in Book "W" of Maps, at page 36, being more partic-
ularly described as follows:
The westerly line of said 10.00 feet strip of land being the
easterly line of that certain 6.00 feet strip of land deeded to
the State` of California recorded March 1, 1957 in Book 3-741, page
609 of Official Records of Santa Clara County.
Excepting there from Parcel A being a strip of land (10' x 71')

ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
CUPERTINO CITY .CENTER ASSOCIATES D, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.55 ACRES, LOCATED ON THE
EAST SIDE OF DE ANZA BOULEVARD, STEVENS CREEK TO CALI AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for
Purposes which is in good an suf-
� ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real ,property forraad�,ra3,
purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
