A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE PURPOSES
FROM E. A. FEDERSPEIL, JR. LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD EAST OF CARMEN ROAD, APPROXIMATELY
0.023 ACRE
WHEREAS, there has been executed a Grant of Easement for Pubs^
GPrvjce Purposes which is in good and suf-
ficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of Calfornia, easement over certain real property for —Public
Reruir p purposes, situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City

over a portion of Lands of Federspiel .
A strip of land of the uniform width of 10.00 feet, the Easterly line of which
is described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of Amended Map of Tract No. 7005, a
map of which was filed for record in Book 484 of Maps at Pages 47 and 48, Santa
Clara County Records; thence leaving said Point of Beginning along the Westerly
line of said Lot 2 and its Northerly prolongation North 000 08' 54" East,
100.12 feet to the terminus of the herein described line.
