A. Signage-General
"Signs"are defined as those signs,logos and trade names appearing on the storefront of the
Premises or Street side wall.Signs shall comply with City of Cupertino Sign Ordinance and the
City-Approved Master Signage Program for 21020 Homestead Rd.Tenant has the responsibility for
the whole sign cost and permit fee of city of Cupertino.
B. Signage Type and Location(Primary)
1. Signs shall be illuminated pan channel letter with raceway attached to the building
2. Tenant can have a sign on eac6 street frontage if there is no ground sign
3. The installation of electric signs shall comply with all local,state and national building and
electric codes,and they shall be UL Approved and Labeled
4. The sign size for letters shall not eaceed 18"height and togo will be allowed mazimum 2 feet
height
5. The sign should be 5"depth and dark bronze return with'/4"dark bronze trim cap
6. Raceway color has to match the building wall color
7. Totat Sign length are not exceed 66%(2/3)of sign Linear
8. Sign face and Logo color will be decided by the tenants with landlord approval
9. Sign has to attach�disconnected switch located at side of Raceway
10. Sign drawing has to be approved by the landlord before going to the city for a permit
C. Secondary Window Sign Requirements
1. Secondary signage shall consist of Computer-Cut flat vinyl tezt,letter and logos
2. Exposed Window Neon sign allowed with landlord approval if in conformance with City of
Cupertino Sign ordinance
