CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA
1. The signs shall consist of letters which may be individual or joined together and of various letter
styles and shall not exceed 24 inches in height. The letters may be smaller than 24 inches in
height and may also consist of two lines of letters provided they do not exceed 24 inches in total
height. However,the letters on the large store presently occupied by Kessler's may be up to
36 inches in height. The letters shall have a depth of at least 4 inches and no more than 6 inches.
2. Individual signs may vary in length and area up to the maximum length and square footage
currently allowed by the City of Cupertino sign formula.
3. Individual signs may contain various colors and colors may vary between signs, however colors
shall be limited to a range of colors which includes red, orange,yellow, gold, rust, brown, ivory,
and similar compatible colors and tones. However, logos can be included in the sign and can be of
any color.
4. Signs shall be centered on the fascia above the leased premises or above the main entry.
5. Signs shall have interior illumination or no illumination.
6. All signs are to be made of plastic or other durable materials.
7. All present tenant signs will remain and not be affected by this sign program. This sign program
will apply to existing signs only and when a substantial change is requested to an existing sign,
and shall then apply only to the specific sign being changed.
8. Written approval of owner is required prior to the issuance of any sign permit to a tenant of
Mardesich Company Crossroads, LLC.

following changes:
Item #l. Letters on the store occupied by Kessler's may be up to 30 inches in height(same as
existing Kessler's letter height).
Item #3. Excluded one dark red color chip (other red shades are acceptable)from range of
colors.
Item#3. The color of the returns on all signs shall be dark brown.
