Preparing daily field reports and reports of laboratory;testing:results to be submitted to the Oilbane/City of Cupertino. BASIS OF PROPOSAL AND ASSUMPTIONS • Our services will be scheduled, and coordinated by the.Client's designated representative. The contractor and subcontractors will maintain a 40-hour work week during normal daytime work hours:; and that weekend and overtime work has not:been included in.this cost proposal. Site access.will be provided during the regular work week/contractor working hours.. • The project is subject to California's Prevailing Wage Law; however: we will not be subject to a Project Labor Agreement(PLA). • Maximum:wet density of asphalt concrete will, be provided by the:plant. Hveem density testing:will not be required:. • Site:visits made by professional staff and our field technicians will be:billed on a portal-to- portal basis, with a"2-hour minimum and 4-hour increment. ESTIMATE OF FEES Our services for materials testing, and special inspection services will be provided on a time- and-materials-basis-accrued in.accordance-with the attached Schedule of Fees. Our estimated fee for the above scope, subject to the listed assumptions, is $4,066 (Four Thousand and Sixty Six Dollars). A summary of our;estimated_=fee is provided in the following table and a detailed breakdown is attached. Should the construction schedule :require a: lesser or greater amount of services than that estimated herein, the cost would wary accordingly.
