The project is located at 7825 and 7851 Orion Lane. The project is described as a tentative map to subdivide two parcels (3.01) acres) into 8 single family parcels with an average lot size of 7,800 square feet in an R1-6 zoning district. The decision of the City Council was to approve said project. The Planning Commission by filing a Negative Declaration on this project on January 24, 2001, has determined that the project will not have a significant impact upon the environment and therefore, no Environmental Impact Report has been prepared. The Negative Declaration has been prepared pursuant to the provisions of State and City guidelines.
