To further enhance and complement the open space requirements set forth in Strategy LUJ-19.1.8 and to provide an exceptional community benefit,a publicly accessible green roof is required for the portion of a project that fully redevelops the existing mall within the Vallco Shopping District. The green roof shall be at least 30 acres in size with a minimum of 3.K miles of publicly accessible trails. To minimize the water demand associated with a green root,the use of recycled water and drought In addition to paying the maximum state-required school fees, which ore tolerant and native landscaping that thrives on little to no irrigated water will be expected to be approximately $4 million, the Plan Areo will provide utilized.
