Responsibility of Retaining Walls and Adjacent State Rights of Way
To Whom It May Concern :
The City of Cupe11ino (CITY) hereby accepts maintenance responsibility of debris
removal , cleaning, and painting to keep CITY's side ofl280 N011h bound Wolfe off ramp
retaining wall , constructed under the Apple Mitigation 1280-Wolfe Off Ramp project (EA
11930), free of debris , di11 , and graffiti. Additionally, CITY accepts maintenance
responsibility of areas adjacent to the retaining walls within State right of way not bounded
by access control fence. See attached exhibit highlighting the area identified in this
maintenance narrative.
