municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter designated as

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the Developer and the CITY agree that the installation of a traffic
signal will be warranted in the near future, and
WHEREAS the Developer and the CITY further agree that the construction of
the signal should be deferred until a later date,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the parties hereto as
follows, TO IVIT: ~
forthwith 1, The Developer ~ agrees/to deposit $15,000 until a final '
construction amount is determined, Final adjustments to said
deposit shall only be made within ten years from the date herein
above,
